Refund Policy - the basics

At Paradise Planning and Event Management Agency, we strive to provide exceptional planning and management services for your special events in the beautiful Bahamas. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. However, in the event that you need to request a refund, please review our refund policy outlined below.


1.Refund Policy

1. **Deposits:**
  - A non-refundable deposit of [insert percentage or amount] is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and services. This deposit will be applied to the total event cost.


2.Cancellation by Client:**
  - If you choose to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following refund schedule applies:
    - **More than 60 days before the event:** 100% of payments made after the initial deposit (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
    - **30 to 60 days before the event:** 50% of payments made will be refunded.
    - **Less than 30 days before the event:** No refunds will be issued.


3.Cancellation by Paradise Planning and Event Management Agency:**
  - In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness), a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, will be issued.

4.Change of Date:
  - Clients may request a change of date at no additional charge if the request is made more than 60 days before the event. Availability for the new date is subject to our scheduling.

5.Additional Refunds:
  - Any additional services rendered that are canceled after confirmation may be subject to their own cancellation policies as outlined in contracts with third-party vendors.

This refund policy is intended to provide clear guidelines concerning refunds for services provided by Paradise Planning and Event Management Agency. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined above. This policy may be subject to change at our discretion, and any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the cancellation of the event or any delays in service. Clients are encouraged to review this policy thoroughly before signing the service agreement.
